about me
I am a BACP registered trainee therapist in the final stages of training for an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at Birkbeck College, University of London.
I have several years experience working with clients in a variety of settings. I am currently working as a Counsellor at the Royal Academy of Music, alongside building my private practice.
I work with individuals from all backgrounds, and I have a particular interest in the performing arts, having been a professional classical singer for most of my life. I understand the unique challenges and pressures performers face, as well as understanding the devastating impact when things go wrong, having suffered a voice breakdown myself in 2016. Therapy was what brought me back together, and I have trained as a therapist in order to help others do the same.
